What our guests say

"Cahir House Hotel was lovely and the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. I think there should be some info about the history of the building, I only learned from the castle and swiss cottage tours that it used to be the home of the Butlers!"

Spent the evening sitting at the bar talking with staff and other guests later than planned due to the great conversations. Special mention for Maurice and our Polish bar staff. "We arrived quite late for a one night stay. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. She recommended and ordered food for us so we were able to eat before the bar closed, for which we were very grateful! She also recommended places to go in the local area and beyond! The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable! Great breakfast options including the full Irish and poached eggs and avocado on sour dough which was the -best I’ve had! Home made brown bread, fruit salad and a choice of cereals and breakfast pastries etc. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be returning!"
