We use the world renowned Dermalogica products as the basis for all our facial treatments.Dermalogica is perfect for our Irish climate and incorporates products for every skin type. It contains no clogging minerals or lanolin oils found in many products and no perfumes or colours. Dermalogica are continually at the cutting edge of skin care research and provide optimal results.

Multi-Vitamin Power Exfoliation €70 30mins
One skin care step that is often overlooked but is very important is exfoliation. It helps to remove dead skin cells, which prevents future break outs and blemishes, and allows the products to work properly because they can reach the deeper layers of your skin.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy that aims to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance and encourage healing.
Gentle massage is used initially, followed by deep pressure.
Twenty minutes in our complimentary sauna and steam rooms are recommended pre or post massage, especially remedial/sport massage.
